ART PACKAGING AND SHIPPING POLICIES

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

  • To fulfill your order

  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Returns & exchanges

  • I gladly accept cancellations

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

  • I don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

  • If there is ever a concern with your item once it arrives, please contact me. I am happy to help!

Shipping & Packaging

Extra care is taken to ensure that original artwork ordered from this site is well packaged and protected. It is important to me that it arrives to you safe and sound. Original artwork will typically be shipped within 7 business days of payment received.   However, a newly painted piece requires two weeks to cure before I apply protective coats of varnish. Please allow three weeks for shipping from the time the painting was painted.

Your original art will be sent via USPS and I will send you a tracking receipt once it is shipped. There are flat rates for shipping within the U.S.A.   Add $65.00 for large paintings, $35.00 for medium paintings and $13.00 for small paintings. I offer free shipping on my promo small originals which are painted on flat canvas board. Local delivery in the Miami area is available for $20.00 or you may contact me to arrange local pickup at no charge.

Reproduction artworks will be shipped through USPS First Class mail with tracking. Orders are shipped within 1 week upon receipt of payment. 

Artwork/Digital Download Copywrite Terms and Conditions

You are free to use your purchase of the digital downloads for personal use only.

Prohibitions on digital downloads agree that you will not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, license, display, republish, post, digitize, translate, modify, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of White Linen Interiors LLC or the respective licensors of the content.
